I rented a car 2 weeks ago when we vacationed in Boston. Had the toll thingy on the windshield behind the rear view mirror. Never went through a toll booth anywhere around the area. But last week I get an email charging me $27 for tolls! Like, where were they? I was torqued and they couldn’t give me an answer. Like you, nothing in the contract or discussion with me. I’ll be aware next time.

Like, I knew I would be charged because I always am, but the $75 toll drop was insane.
No kidding! Hope it gets resolved quickly. Bad enough we were charged $55 a night to park at our hotel.
